This notice covers eclipsepackaging.com. It explains the information used to operate this website, respond to inquiries, and understand website usage. The customer portal and third-party websites have their own services and privacy practices.
When you contact us
We use the email address and message you provide to respond to your inquiry. When the form opens your email app, the message is sent only when you send it there. When online delivery is available, the website passes the message to our email delivery provider, Resend, for delivery to our team. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in the form.
Optional website analytics
If you select “Allow analytics,” we load Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views, visits, referring pages, approximate country, browser and device categories, and page performance. These reports help us understand and improve the website. Analytics does not receive the text you enter in our contact form.
Cloudflare states that its analytics does not use tracking cookies or browser storage to identify visitors and does not fingerprint people. The analytics service receives an IP address as part of the connection, then discards it at its nearest data centre rather than storing it in its core analytics databases or logs. Page and referrer URLs and performance information are processed by Cloudflare; processing may occur outside Canada.
We do not use this analytics integration for advertising, cross-site tracking, or session recordings. Reports count measured visits and page views, not an exact count of individual people. See Cloudflare’s analytics data documentation and privacy policy for its processing practices.
Your choices and browser storage
Optional analytics stays off until you allow it. Declining does not affect access to the website. Use the “Analytics settings” control in any footer to change or withdraw your choice; saving a choice reloads the page to apply it. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection and does not remove data already processed.
We save your choice and the date of that choice in this browser’s local storage. A saved choice is valid for 180 days; after that we ask again when you next visit. This preference has no visitor identifier and is not sent to Cloudflare as analytics data. Clearing browser storage resets it. Choices apply to the browser and website address you use; www and non-www addresses may keep separate choices. We keep analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
The website also uses session storage to restore the header’s position on reload. This is a display preference, not analytics tracking.
Hosting and security
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide the hosting infrastructure. Serving and protecting the website involves connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser headers, and technical logs. These operational processes are separate from optional analytics and are not switched off by declining it. Hosting and email providers may process information outside Canada.
